Last month I missed day one's active pill. The next day I only took day one and continued the pack as usual and on time. Should I start my new pack the day I usually would? Will I still need to use a backup method for birth control?

    always keep a condom on hand just incase,not want a STD or pregnanecy he should be responsible also.

    No you should be fine take your pills as you normally would never change the pill cycle.
