  • Yes. And when I am trying to think of something at a certain time, later on, I'll think of it and scream it out right then. It's horrible for me, but everybody else thinks it's funny.
  • Yeah! My little sister and I (when we were growing up) in CHURCH started laughing about something TOTALLY UNRELATED to the mass and the priest, knowing who we were, asked us BY NAME to leave mass!
  • Church, a funeral, during a school exam. (it may help to keep things in perspective, tho)
  • Well sort of...when we my mum and I were in Austria just before Christmas a few years ago, we decided it would be lovely and Christmassy to go to a carol concert at the local church.... surrounded by snow and the smell of mulled wine in the air, perfect! We were one of the first to arrive for the service so we just sat and chatted for a while. As people started arriving, they didn't seem very cheerful but we didn't pay much attention. I turned to mum to say 'wouldn't be awful if we'd come to a funeral by accident?' just as they brought a coffin in....! So by this time we were stuck in the pew and had to sit through the eulogy by the man's tearful children, all the prayers, everything while people stared at these strangers at the funeral! It got so awkward that we both got the most horrendous giggles and had to pretend we were sobbing into our hankies!! RIP to the poor man whose funeral we gatecrashed, we are very sorry!
