Has anyone used Valerin for leg cramps?

I've tried it and for cramps what works best for me is when I feel one coming on I push hard above my lip. just below my nose, in that little hollow spot. It's a shiatsu point, or acupuncture point, and if I try to make my foot go into an "L" position to my leg, it works every time. I also eat bananas for potassium.

For restless legs, I use massage, cross fiber massage works best.

Sorry you didn't like to hear what works very well for me, much better than Valerin ever did. I hope you never have bad cramps, then.
