Who here has been follwing the anna nicole smith hearing? what are your thoughts about it? The one person who is suffering the most right now, it is little dannilynn. She is just being used by everyone, no one seems to care about her except howard k stern

• thank you, i think this whole thing has gotten out of hand,it just seems to be degrating anna and her reputaion, the joking in court and the lack of respect for anna makes me sick. fighting over her like a pieace of meat.

• Not ALL of the drugs were in Howard's name, it was established in the hearings that some were in Anna's name. It was also verified in the hearing before the closing of the session today that the will wasn't requested or faxed on 2/3/07 as implied by the Texas attorney earlier in the day, that the fax came on 2/12/07 from Rale's home fax which did not have the correct date set on it's header.

• I agree not ALL the drugs were in his name, but why the amnesia about when he picked them up whose name they were under. Ohh I didnt hear the ending, sorry. But I do believe and I hate to, that Howard played a part in all this.

• Although if it were me in charge of the decision where to bury ANS, I wouldn't do that either, I do accept his reasons for his answer. That if he is the father of Dannielynn, he would be raising her in California where he resides, and that he feels his daughter shouldn't have to travel so far (Bahamas) to visit her mother's gravesite if she wants, and he doesn't feel Anna and Daniel should be separated in burial, since she wanted to be buried next to him. Whether I agree or not, I can accept that his reason is at least sincere and has some logic to it.

• True, but we know Anna loved the Bahamas and that is where she buried her boy, so I just feel thats the right thing to do for Anna. At this point, who knows what will be decided, as the Judge is a whack job as well. He discusses money and how everyone is in it for $, well he wants his own show so he is doing it for the same reason.

• Judge Hollywood is a real piece of work, for sure. On Larry King tonight, they spoke to a couple of entertainment media publishers who mentioned that this judge had already put together a reel of video that he had been shopping around because he so badly wants his own tv show. The judge's video apparently was put together by him, containing what he called his "greatest courtroom moments". And all this was long before the ANS hearings he was assigned to. Pretty sad that ANS got stuck with this kind of a self-serving judge to make decisions regarding her final resting place. This judge is ridiculous.

• LOL Judge Hollywood? I love it!! I totally agree with everything you said and I heard about his planning to have his own show, and we thought Judge Ito was bad LOL. I know, poor Anna and Daniel, it's not only sad but pathetic. They said this hearing should have taken 4 hours but was 4 days and counting. I find his joking and laughing inappropriate, considering the circumstances. What do you think of Mommy Dearest?
