I have the same problem. Is it any wonder these things are issues? Circumcision can easily take up to about 70% of the sensation out of your penis, and then on top of that we get to cover it with a layer of latex.
And in addition some medications can increase impotence problems.
I don't know what to do about it other than taking some narcotics from your doctor.
Does caffeine cause erection problems?
