Positive. They're there to enforce laws. Even though some laws are stupid, they should be followed nearly all of the time.

Positive when you have 1 officer in most big cities responsible for 1000 + people (ratio wise) to protect and enforce laws, its an awesome thought.

My fiance is in a law enforcement type of job and it has its goods and bads, some days he wants to throw in the towel and quit and other days he loves his job, just like any other type of job.

50/50. But I guess positive because I've never been pulled over for DWB, I have no parking tickets, no fines, and I have a clean record. I'd like to keep it that way. So currently, I have no problem with the cops.
