My RCA F32668 keeps running through the channels and won't stop. How can I fix this?

My RCA has the same problem. At the time it just turn on, it is ok. After 20 min, it starts to run through the channels. At this time, remote control does not work. I use the button on the TV to turn it off. After a while, it turns on by itself and keeps running channels again! Hope someone can help us.

RCA Customer Service: 1-866-508-9661 Monday through Friday 8 AM - 8 PM EST Saturday and Sunday 10 AM - 7 PM EST www.rca.com/customerservice or, maybe... 1-800-283-6503 perhaps... 1-800.679.4776 or even... 1-800-626-2002 I doubt if it'll get you anywhere if you can't fix it your self with their instruction, but it's worth a try. Maybe get a new one? (pref. a dif. brand) (Of course everyone's just made out of money- -JK--LOL) Hope you find the answer.
