It all depends on how it is done. If a animal doesnt want sex, it will bite, or claw at you. This is assuming its can fight back. For a animal who can't fight, or resist, yeah, animal abuse. But normally a dog will mount a girl on its own free will. Sometimes they are forced, with drugs or restraints, in this case it is rape. But there are such people called pet lovers, who actually love their pets that much. And pets, if treated properly, tend to love there owners back. Is such case, I don't believe its rape, because they will tend to do it on their own free will.

Not if they like it. Lets just say your a male and you like sex or head. Then this chick starts blowing you or letting you fuck her and you let her do it, is she abusing you?

theres a diference between beastiality and zoophilia. beastiality is like rape, its when pretty much all the person has the animal for is sex and i am against it. zoophilia is more of a emotional bond and more roantic. i am a zoohile i am in love with a horse and ive never been interested in other humans. i love my horse more than anything and treat her with respect just like a man should treat a woman. she is not my sex toy she is my mate, i am in love with her, everyone knows that sex just goes along with love in a way, but not so much sex that its like a habit. i have sex with my mare every once in a while but not alot and is never forcefull. i hope my answere helped your question.

Hmm...I actually have to think about this a bit more, but...I suppose it could be. I mean, in my opinion, consent is always necessary when engaging in sexual activity. An animal can't give consent...

No really... if the dog stands there while the woman jerks it off, if the dog jumps on the woman and fucks her 100 dicks a minute... do you call that rape? Seriously, if I was a dog and my sexy owner and her curious daughter started to do each other then me, im in!

Now if its a man and a female beast then its okay, as long as the man does not hurt the animal, if he holds it tightly, or ties it up with a rope, its okay, as long as the animals pussy gets wet, that proves that the dirty bitch actually wanted it.

If its a female bitch and the animal, then its okay as long as they use double dildo both vaginally and analy and put it on line, 69 is also fine.

If its a man and a male animal... thats just pervert.. im no sicko!

The majority of domestic animals are the result of artificial insemination. The attitudes most people have towards 'beastuality' have nothing to do with morality, they have to do with anxiety at something they find repulsive (not to mention the idea that we ourselves are 'mere' animals), claiming that it is exploitative or abusive is just an attempt to moralize that anxiety.

In a world where piglets are castrated at birth and boiled alive before they die, do you really think a woman sucking off a horse that doesn't appear to mind is abusive?...

Beastuality is abusive if it causes the animal distress or discomfort. I'd rather someone perform oral sex on me than to kill and eat me, personally.

pfft. I don't see how it is abuse when a male dog willingly jumps up on a woman and humps her like there is no tomorrow.

And as for the opposite, male human with female dog, have you ever seen a female dog deny sex to a male dog? They are very capable of saying no in their own way. If the bitch didn't want it the guy wouldn't get it.

People who say it is rape are just trying to mince words to find a legitimate excuse to back up their irrational beliefs. They think bestiality is sick, so they make shit up to back up their claims.

Whether it is right or wrong, bestiality, in most cases, is certainly not abuse.

Well, it really depends on your own wiring.

I have seen humans having sex and to me, that's a turn off..Really.

Kids being molested? A MAJOR turn off.

People "Rimming" (Gay sexual act) BIG turn off.

So I like animals and treat them well...It's how I am.

It is 100% not abuse if the animal is able to show consent and is not avoiding the act. If an animal or a person does not like what one may be doing sexually, and they have the ability to let you know that they do not like it, and one still performs the act, then it is rape.

If the animal and you both enjoy it, then where is the harm? It is quite easy to find harm in something that you do not agree with. Something extremely taboo.

To me our society seems to be out of wack. We think it is ok to shoot and kill animals for sport or food, but when we pleasure them it is evil. Would a dog for instance enjoy ejaculation from a human? yes it is obvious from my observations from my research that the dog is very much so enjoying the situation. If you think about it, truly think about it, does it make sense that it is ok to lock an animal up away from other animals and dis-allow it to engage in a sexual act? To me that seems the most cruel of all.

If you are the type that finds it disturbing, then dont engage in it. But to condone others that have a natural love for it and wish to do it, is wrong as well. Especially when you have not researched and weighed the pros and cons.

The "If it feels good do it" theory does not apply to right or wrong pertaining to this action. Because there is no proven evidence that harm can come from it.

In other words, cigarettes, tobacco, caffeine, and or other drugs are definately wrong, because they are harmful to the body in which we do not own.

If there is someone out there that has proof or evidence other than religion or law, that an act between a consenting animal and a human is wrong for either the animal or the human, please post it.

Not if the animal consents to it. Consent depends on whether or not there's a "Pavlovian Response."

I would have to agree with Ms. Marchande. It is in some way's but in others it is not. It's been proven that dolphins and humans are the only animals on this planet who "enjoy" sexual pleasure. Yet, I have had experiences in this matter. (It was all by accident I assure you and I had clothes on.) I was wrestling around with my dog, (German shep. husky mix.) and I don't know what got into him but he just suddenly started to mount me and get hard. I got a little freaked out by it but figured it was probably his natural thing to do, after all, all animals natural instincts are to mate and produce offspring. I had never before touched or did anything to him that would make him want to mount me but he just did.

But still, Ms. Marchande has a valed point. Some animals are raised to perform sexual acts when in contact with humans and I believe that would be a form of abuse. Also, yes they do use tranquilizers on some of the bigger animals such as horses but I figure that would be understandable but still abuse none the less.

With an open mind, and trying to be as objective as possible ........

On my opiinions here, I always try to avoid morals imposed by tradition or religion coming from my Christian Western education. So ........ I've seen some bestiality movies which are definitely disgusting were dogs are clearly forced or abused. I cannot put those things up. But I've also seen other movies where it's easy to realize that the dog is enjoying even more than humans, impatiently waiting to start and asking for more and more. In those other cases I think it's not abuse. Dogs are really clever animals, which learn quite soon and keep clear memory about everything hapening to them. When a dog looks so happy around anything he knows is going to happen, he is not only consenting but asking for it. A dog, can "say" really clear if he wants or not a bath, or if he likes one food or another. It's clear how he comunicates his happiness when it's time for having his walk. In the same way, is easy to realize if a dog is being abused or not regarding this actual topic.
