now this is coming from a girl so this is my advise
dont try to be noticed so much just kinda talk to her at first maybe on a daily bases so it becomes normal then that is when you can try and ask her out once you freinds

talk to her when she least expects it! also go over to talk to her! make sure to give her compliments, look over at her, when u talk in a big group look at her, and most of all, BE YOURSELF!
