Japanese have a rich diet of fish,and live long and healthy lives.Should Canada,and the US,get the message and start to change their eating habits to fast food sushi?

This is true, but there is more than the dietary factor. There is also the factor of exercise... Look how many people walk in Japan, not nearly that many walk here...Unless theyre in a large city. My city is quite a nice size, and i rarely see anyone walking. Its all about cars.

I think I would starve before I could eat raw fish. The Japanese also have the highest rate of stomach cancer in the world because of their diet. It's the American junk food that is killing Americans. I eat healthy and don't touch fast food or junk food ever.

OMG I saw a news show on how the Japanese are replacing their diet with McDonalds because of the economy. But yes I agree with you.
