DSW actually gets overstock and some defective stuff that they sell for retail here, I was going to buy 2 pairs of Sketchers and one shoe in a pair had mismatching "buttons" (didn't notice until they checked them at the register) and they were asking $60 (twice what the actual Sketcher store wanted I found out later), I told them they needed to "defect" them (to me in retail that means "pull them"). The cashier snapped at me and said "Mam, we can't give discounts to you picky people!" (rolled her eyes), I told her that she should pull them from the floor because they didn't match and were defective. She got the manager up to the front and he immediately said he would not give a discount. I then lost my cool and snapped that I didn't want a damn discount, I was just telling the girl behind the counter to have them "defect" them, I NEVER asked or insinuated I wanted a discount. They seriously were asking more than Sketchers themselves. Why??
