To be a positive worker, and always be willing to learn....and also have focus.

Always do as you are instructed in a timely manner. Ask questions if you are not sure of something, it is much better to know what you are doing. Take initiative, if you see something that needs to be done and it is within your scope do it. Don't be an ass kisser but try your best to be known as a go getter.
