Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a 32" Philips tube hdtv. I worked perfectly until I moved it. Now, when I plug anything in via hdmi (cable box , dvd player, etc,) there is no volume. Then a message comes up " Display connected non hdcp compliant" and everything turns black. Help
