    I couldn't possibly pick just one....egg rolls, crab ragoon, egg drop soup, shrimp lo mein, kung paoi shrimp. ALL YUMMY :)

    Dry-fried Szechuan beef. It's the only kind of Chinese that I can't cook very well myself, though I can make it well enough. It's much more tasking than other dishes, though.

    stir fried beef with brocolli the spicier the better, another odd dish called hum yuck -i forgot the correct name..but its a fish head steamed with ground pork and flavored with soy sauce, green onion and ginger. and dont forget shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour pork

    Sczeshuan(sp.) Chicken, mostly the spicy things, I also like Kung Pao Chicken. One of my favorite appetizers is Crab Rangoon, though.
