the best way is to find another book to focus on, if it's good enough, it will distract you from twilight while you take the time to reread it a few times. if it's not good enough, find & find & find until you find a book that IS good enough.

i went through that obsession with twilight faze too, like a year ago. right aftrwards i tried to read another series to get it off my mind. it worked!! i read "the mortal insturments series". really good. and it got my mind off of twilight and made me start thinking of the new book. so now i just keep on reading different series.

um read the book the summining and then u will forget about the twilight serise and u might still be a little obsest but it the best thing to do and then youll be fine ( i hope...)

I'm obsessed at the moment. Saw the movie last week and stayed up all night and read all four books through the weekend.

are you good at wrighting? if so then right a fanfic :) write down whats in your head that you think would be awsome for the characters to experiance...i had a video stuck in my head and the characters started to change completely so now its not even close to what i had in my head so now im wrighting a book that is on the 19th chapter in less then a year that was supose to be nothing more then getting the thoughts out on paper

You're reading Okay, im obsessed with twilight -i dont want to be! its just such an amazing story & movie. and i cant stop thinking about it. i saw the movie - then within a week i'd read all four of the books. its now been a month. and im still obsessed - any advice?
