to be a GOOD model.
I think models (in addition to having the obvious physical attributes) have to be extraordinarily patient people (at least on the job).
It takes HOURS to get the model, the background, the lighting, etc. *just so* for the shot, and a phalanx of people fuss over every little detail.
I'm not sure I could handle such tedium.
You have to bring something new and exciting to the table. Be a 'people person'. If youre a girl- at least 5'9'' tall or else you can't be a runway model, just a print model, if that. Your face has to be able to carry a lot of makeup or no makeup at all. AND ALWAYS be confident and open to new things. Trust me, over half my family models.
Anorexia, Indifferent attitude evident in facial features, ability to walk in heels.
I think you just have to be able to walk, have the clothes drape on you the way they want and to have a lot of patience for all the time you spend being made up to look like somebody else.
Do male runway models smile, or do they do the same zombie stare like the females?

Im only 14, however ive been told i look a lot older. Ok well i was thinking about becoming a male model. What are my chances?
