The judge acting in the Anna Nicole Smith custody hearing seems to be a complete joke to me. Should he be replaced?

    I believe he is in control of his courtroom and is protecting the rights of the dead.

    The attorney's are having a hard time distinguishing between a criminal trial and a civil trial.

    This is probate court, where just about anything goes, even hearsay evidence.

    I say leave this judge alone. at least he has his courtroom under control. the judge in the o.j. simpson trial, lost his control of his courtroom, the second day.

    Attorneys always try to run the show. in this case, there are many that have nothing but dollar signs in their eyes.

    Once you understand this, you will understand why this judge is a leader in controlling his courtroom.

    He even asked for his own TV show, like Judge Judy and Judge Matthas and Judge Joe Brown. My god, why won't he just let Howard K. Stern take authority and have Anna buried beside her son, as her will specifically indicates? I mean, last I checked, people follow all instructions on the deceased's will. Maybe I am wrong.

    as an aussie, I am appalled. There is a little baby in the middle of this, being looked after by a nanny, while a grandmother could be caring for her. and there are three men, at least two of which are only interested in the child's inheritance. Doesn't the judge see it as a priority to establish parentage, and get the child into a family?
