How many times do you wash your face in a day? does it make any harm frequent washing

I just wash my face twice a day....in the morning & In the evening. I'm not sure if frequent washing does any harm. It may not if something very mild is used on the face.

I never wash my face unless I get dirt on it. It gets washed enough when I am in the shower.

I agree washing your face twice a day is good. Anything more than that you are robbing the natural oils. Just like exfoliants they are the worst thing you can do to yourself.

I wash my face in the morning and and night...NO ONE should wash their face more than twice a day.....if you have oily skin, it just creates more oil...if you have dry skin.......it's no help at all!

Always wash your hands before you wash your face: ALWAYS......
