Maybe you need someone to give you the right advice, so find someone who will be able to dress you up nicely!

I'm no expert, but, in the words of Dale & Springfield, "shed those dowdy feathers and fly". If you can give them advice you can give yourself advice. Listen to your advice because you obviously give good advice.

I do that too! My problem is, ive got a large bust - and a large ass. But then the rest of me is pretty much average. So shirts are super tight in the chest, then loose at the stomach. Same with jeans/pants....

Believe it or not, I used to have the same problem. The fashion-forward and flattering styles just seemed too stylish for me and I thought that if I wore something like that, that it would look tacky or flamboyant. It's just your sense of style. You like to see yourself in more casual stuff like I do. If you want to "break" out of this stigma, you just need to buy something for your mom, and then change your mind at the last minute and...buy it for yourself. You'll be standing there at first saying no to yourself and making excuses, but you need to just keep saying yes, and force yourself to buy it anyway.
