Help answer this question below.

I found a white rectangular kinda rounded on the edges pill. It has a capital M on the front with a box around it, and nothing on the other side I believe .Maybe it's over the counter? Please help!

    The "M" stands for Mallinckcrodt Pharmaceuticals. The pill could be Methadone Hydrochloride; however, something should be on the reverse (57 55) or (57 71). See pic. below.
