You're reading Why have JWs been telling their believers for the past 100 years that they are the one truth and that the world is going to end, when Luke 21:8 says don't believe anyone who sais "I am the one" and "The time is near!"
Comments
I'm sorry that you are offended by my question, because I welcome when people question my beliefs! My problem with JWs is that their "truth" is that they are God's chosen people and everyone else is serving the devil, when they have been teaching from their beginning that they are the one and the time is near using wars a proof, yet Jesus says that wars are not a sign of the end but are inevitable and when you see these things the end is not yet!

Actually, you did not offend me at all. I just don't want to fuel the fire of the JW's. We should be very careful not to confront them with what we know is the real truth. All we can do is treat them with respect and plant some seeds. It will be God who will make them grow. Sorry my answer was confusing.

I don't mind the questions, just try to rephrase them. You are driving people to an answer, not requesting one.

Jehovah s Witnesses do not judge their neighbors and say that they are serving Satan.
Jesus does the judging of all men, just as it says in the Bible.

perryman I have read the watchtower and been to a JW convention and I know for a fact that JWs believe that you will die if you are not a JW so please do not lie about this!

Noletters: Please do not accuse me of lying. Your choice of words is poor, and that is your mistake. Those who have God s favor survive Armageddon, those who do not, will not, Jehovah s Witnesses believe what the Bible says. That is what they teach. You use your own words. I have never read a magazine that says what you have said. I have never heard from the platform at a meeting, those words that you said. That is the truth.

Can you provide the scripture that says one religion will survive perryman, I will read it if you post it!

Those Who Will Be Saved
They Say: Only their church members will be saved - The Watchtower, Feb. 15, 1979, p. 30.
The Church Says: Whoever believes that Jesus is Lord will be saved. (John 3:16 John 14:4-6; Romans 3:23-26)

The watchtower is not scripture, but as for the others there is no mention of a religion. If anything it would be Judaism because Jesus said that he did not come to replace the law but to complete it, but Muslims believe in Jesus, will they be saved too?

I have The February 15th, 1979 Watchtower open in front of me., page 30, and nowhere does it say that Only Jehovah s Witnesses are going to be saved , or everyone else will be destroyed at Armageddon, or anything like that.
Why do you misquote this publication?
by Perryman on March 8th, 2007
Perryman where did I quote a 1979 watchtower? I don't even own a 1979 watchtower. My comment refers to a JW convention I went to (cause I was invited and I try to be fair)where they said that only JWs will be saved, and I asked several witnesses there and they said that only witnesses and children of witnesses will be saved. I have never quoted a watchtower.
