I have a ford taurus 95 brakes lock up after replacing booster and master cylinder why

    It is probably the front brakes to which you are referring. If so, it is quite probable that a caliper is 'frozen'. "The fix"== replace BOTH front calipers & hoses, & 'bleed'.

    Mabe the vacuum tubes hooked up wrong or Booster or master cylinder installed incorrectly.
