    Nothing.

    I like her as she, if I tried to change her, that wouldn't really be her anymore.
    I lover her for the person she is, and flaws are part of what makes a person who they are.

    Because I care about her and see the heavy stress it causes in her life, I would change her "late for everything" / procrastination habit. That doesn't really affect me, or our friendship, though. I like her just the way she is:)

    Not to sound really shallow, but I think I would change how snappish she can be... It's really annoying how I can try to be nice, and she blows it out the window!!!! It's almost frightening!
