Bread....avoid it like the plague and the weight will drop off. Oh and doughnuts....who wants to eat fried dough covered in sugar? Oh and thats another tip...see food for what it truly is - as in the fried dough above, not what marketing people tell you it is.

I suggest u get yourself a personal trainer as we r trained to deal with these situations. Alot of people seem to think that dieting helps but lets face it the weight eventually returns. Best thing is to watch what u eat & get plenty of exercise.
