I donate £20 a month from my bank account to NSPCC anyway, so I would give a lot to them. They do a lot to help abused kids, and with the digusting level of cruelty towards children in this world, they need somewhere to turn to. THese people are there for them 24/7. Can't put a price on that

I would donate to the SPCA or the Humane Society, they are always having to put down animals simply because they can't afford to keep them alive before they can find homes for them. If you can give, a $10 bag of dog or cat food can go a long way and the dogs and cats would be so grateful for your generosity.

The SPCA helps to support no kill shelters, they don't advertise for donations like other business, and rely solely on private donations from people like you and me. Please help if you can.

I always had this utopian idea that if I won a ridiculous amount of money in a lottery I'd buy an emormous old ranch. I'd start a co-op of familes in need of homes and assistance and set up a rescued animal preserve manned by people in need of trade skills, a roof and sustenance. Thus it becomes a self-sustaining system of people and animals who need help assisting each other in creating a future.

I don't know if it would work, but it'd be great to try it.

I always donate part of my weekly earnings to The United Way. They help a lot of people. So if I won the lottery I would contribute most of it to them.

If I won the lottery so way I would try to open a chain of homeless shelters and not like the little one's they have now I mean one almost set up like a enormous hotel with maybe 500 rooms in each. At which time since I have a little money i will be able to go to all of the big banquets in my state and get all of the rich government officials (mayor, governor and state senate) to alos help donate. Then I would try to get other rich people to help because you know the rich will always help the rich. After raising wnough money for I would then open up another shelter and keep on until I get maybe 5 int he state after I have reached my goal I would then try to expand and throw the idea out to other cities where at least they have an account of where the homeless are and you can give them aid. In the building would be a cafeteria, doctors offices, Social service building, transportation division and any other need that they would have like job placement. I figure if you put things right into their hands there should be no excuse as to why they can't reach out and get it.

I would give most of it to Oxfam. They're trustworthy and such, I agree with their cause.

I have dreamed for nearly 10 years of buying a large mansion in the country with tons of property. I want to adopt and foster many children and I want to do it from within the United States. I have also dreamed of sponsoring single mothers as they try to escape abusive men or families, get off drugs, and figure out how to get on their own. I won't get into the details, but it would be less of a halfway house and more of a community. My husband is with me on this. Now we just need the millions. Who's in???

I'd give it to the Community Assistance Network, they're a local group that does alot to help the needy families in my area! Plus, the founder is one of my family's closest friends!

I work for a non profit that hosts anime and Japanese cultural conventions and I would most definitely give to them. It's a personal thing for me as Japanese culture is one of my passions, but I love that what money they get is used 100% on educational panels and guest speakers. I wouldn't have to worry about my money going elsewhere with them. If I gave to a more well known charity, it would be St. Judes. I think that they are wonderful and on a personal note they also helped my cousin who had a tumor when she was a toddler.

I would give some to my religious affiliation, then I'd give some the American Diabetes Association.

My brother has childhood onset diabetes and so does his wife.
