    Easily; I would either take it baco for an immediate exchange, or send it back for one if bought online. If they had no more laptops of the same model, I would request a full refund and then go find myself a different laptop brand and model that I liked and I would buy it. Thanks

    Troubleshoot the damn thing within an inch of it's life and then take it back loudly and with many expletives if it turns out to be a hardware fault.
