I will immediately execute my warranty.
Take it back to where i bought it and have it replaced with one that does work.
Easily; I would either take it baco for an immediate exchange, or send it back for one if bought online. If they had no more laptops of the same model, I would request a full refund and then go find myself a different laptop brand and model that I liked and I would buy it. Thanks

Go back to the store and exchange it. I'm always calm..
warranties are useful
Troubleshoot the damn thing within an inch of it's life and then take it back loudly and with many expletives if it turns out to be a hardware fault.
