It's called possession. You didn't say what kind of weird words you are shouting. Is it a known language, or even an ancient language? Have you done any recent rituals? what religion are you involved in? Have you invited strange people into your home?

You could get possessed if a spiritual entity jumps from someone to you. Remember that whatever you literally invite into your home, you are also invited in your "personal space", which includes your soul. You could sometimes get possessed by having stuff in your home that acts like a doorway to demonic manifestation.

Be very careful with items used for divination, like tarot cards, runes, etc. If you have these in your home then you need to keep them in a box by itself covered in a block cloth, especially a silk cloth for protection, and you need to have your stuff spiritually cleansed.

You could even get possessed, if someone gives you a gift that was gotten dishonestly. Try cleansing them too.
