If a person commits an act that violates a norm, bot nobody including the person who commits an act knows about it, is the act deviant? Does it make any difference wheater the person who committed the act know?

    So basically, if a tree falls and noones around, does it make a sound? And it does make a sound but noone hears it.

    In other words, the act was commited but noone gives a damn.
