I can't get co-operation from my husband to sign the amended return we filed when we were married. What can I do ..we owe money ..how can I pay for just my portion with my signature..can I let the IRS go after him for the other half?

You're reading I recently got married. If i file jointly with my husband and he has unpaid arrears in child support that they usually take out from his federal income each yr will that affect my money?
