Without seeing it, my guess is that it is a winged ant. They come out in the spring to start new colonies.
It isn't tying to commit suicide. It is attracted to the light reflected in the water.
Unknown, but if it has the ability to kill itself multiple times and each time come back and do it again, it may be that it's realized that, in its particular case, the consequences of death are temporary and therefore of no major cause for concern.

You're reading There is this wierd bug in my bathroom. it is like this ant with wings. it gets all crazy and starts to jump around and jumps in water and kills itself, like suicide. do you know what it is and why it always kills itself
