I would remodel my home, both inside and out.

I just moved into a new home so i would finish the basement, extend my garage, build a retaining wall, build an outdoor kitchen, and buy sod.
It would most likely be more to do all of this but I could at least get started

Build a "shed" with a plushy bed, purpleheart hardwood floors, Computer/TV/Game corner, and jacuzzi.
And a corner-couch, or whatever you calls it. =D

Would brick all sides and put on a metal roof and metal roller blinds for fire protection. Any money left would re-do the floors and switch out the kitchen island. OH- and put in a wood burning stove.

Nothing needs to be done now, so I'd put it in escrow and use it on a need to be basis.
