    Here In Your Arms

    Al + HClO3 ----> AlClO3 + H

    That's the equation in UNBALANCED form. It's different if you want it balanced.

    This looks like a homework question. So, I am not going to give you the answer. I will however tell you how to get the answer. All that you need to do is take the chemical formulas for each of the compounds in your question with plus signs between them and an arrow pointing from the pair of reactants to the pair of products. So, it should follow the following format:

    Calcium carbonate plus hydrochloric acid yields calcium chloride and carbonic acid becomes

    CaCO3 + HCl ---> CaCl2 + H2CO3

    Note the above equation is unbalanced because there the numbers of atoms on one side are not the same as the number of atoms on the other side. However, this would be the correct format for your question. Now all you have to do is look up the formulas for your compounds and write them out in the format that I have given you. Since your question also only asks for an unbalanced equation, you don't need to worry about getting the right number of molecules of each. All you need to do is get the chemical formulas correct.
