I have always heard an interviewer cant ask your age, yet applications will ask when you graduated high schooll. HELLO! If an applicant answers that question, then it is easy to guess the applicants age. Again, age discrimination, dont you think?

Whoever told you that must be on drugs. Because they can ask your age whether you are still in high school or not.

If your in the United States, it is against the law to ask a persons age, it is also against the law to ask when a person graduated. It is legal to ask if you are legal age to work or if you have a work permit.

Yes they can, some places can't legally hire underage people, you have to be 18 to ring up beer here, plus what if you look 20 but are 14, they have to make sure they follow labor laws too
