Do you have a glassy/transparent Vista theme on your XP (WindowBlinds)? Is it cool or you wish for a better one? From where did you get it?

No, but I do have Compiz on my Ubuntu running WIndows XP as a VM. A bit like this, really:

Ohh, I got my 16gig usb stick back. Now I can Install OpenSuSE on it..
