Might want to check inside the case and see if you need to clean out any dust on the internal components.
Sometimes you may have to apply fresh thermal compound to the processor and reconnect the heat sink. If the PC overheats, it can cause random rebooting or shutdowns.
You could check to see whether a lot of dust is accumulated around your CPU and graphics card, if the heat buildup is serious it could cause the system to experience erratic behavior like sudden reboots or shutdown.
Also scan for spyware using a tool like SpyBot or Malwarebytes.
Once you get your system up and running normally again, I strongly recommend getting a program like Acronis True Image Home 2009 to make a complete backup of the hard drive, it can save you a lot of trouble in case of serious problems.

I plugged my computer into a station that was running 230v power. It will no longer turn on of course. I would like to know what will need to be replaced to repair it. I was thinking it would be the whole power supply, am I correct?
