You could check to see whether a lot of dust is accumulated around your CPU and graphics card, if the heat buildup is serious it could cause the system to experience erratic behavior like sudden reboots or shutdown. Also scan for spyware using a tool like SpyBot or Malwarebytes. Might want to check inside the case and see if you need to clean out any dust on the internal components. Sometimes you may have to apply fresh thermal compound to the processor and reconnect the heat sink. If the PC overheats, it can cause random rebooting or shutdowns.
