    Yes twice and puked on the guy across the wakeway from me!! It was sooooo bad! NEVER EAT AIRPLANE FOOD!!!!

    Yes. Me. A few years back on a trip to CA. I used one during take off and landing and in between I ran to the bathroom. I ended up at the hospital. Good times. I did feel bad for the other passengers who had to listen to me. I apologized to them. They were understanding. I do however have a complaint about the barf bags. They are Way Too Small!!!

    Not on a plane........crossing the English Channel on a hover craft on rough seas, I saw about 25 barf bags come out. As long as I'm able to get up and walk around...I'm alright, no barf bag for me.

    Yes and it is really gross on a plane because it hit alot of your senses, sight, sound, and smell.
