    Lion in the White House

It's a very accessible biography of Teddy Roosevelt and we all can learn alot about sucking it up and living life to the fullest from his example.

Through Wolf's Eyes by Jane Lindskold

It reminds me of Tarzan, but instead of a boy raised by apes; its a girl raised by wolves. Its a very good book, if you like adventure, and medieval/fantasy.

Lately I have been recommending an older book that still has fascinating information in it: Carl Sagan's Pale Blue Dot. Have a dictionary handy when you read it.
