  • I'm a vegetarian. Restaurants don't really have to have a "vegetarian menu". You'd be suprised how much they can do. Steak fajita's look good? Almost any place will fry up some mushrooms in place of the steak. Sandwiches can be made minus the burger and double the veggies. Places like IHOP natural offer mostly vegetarian meals, so places like that are particularly easy. I eat out on a regular basis, and there is almost nowhere that I have trouble finding something to eat. There are enough vegetarians out there now that most places are pretty accustomed to handling vegetarian requests. Just use your imagination a bit when you open the menu and they can almost always make it happen.
