that numbness and tinling could be from stress, OR from what you are ingesting..read labels and research what you are eating..For instance aspartame is generally the artificial sweetener found in most diet colas, gums, low fat jello etc. It's known to cause some horrible effects..it is in the guise of sweet n low and splenda etc. It can cause some serious side effects, just google it. Sorry for the rant about aspartame but I thought I was going crazy recently with those symptoms as well as others until I eliminated that from my diet after some research found it is known to do that. Id say look at labels, and what you are ingesting first off since the stress may be triggered by your tingling and numbness anxieties...
YES! Extreme stress has a tendency to cause panic attacks (don't worry, panic attacks have never killed people). You need to relax, take a vacation, do something that you've always wanted to do. Anything that will calm you down works. Only see a doctor if you're still tingling and numb.
