H*ll no there are times that I just can not believe what some one has put on and decided to wear it embarrasses me and I am just looking at it. My daughter tried to get away with stuff like that I have to check her back pack before school a couple times a week.
P.S. why did you put it in the United States Categories?

That would totally depend on person whose observes and makes his opinions based on his/her moral compass.

Certainly decent enough not to get you arrested, but I'm not in the habit of using local law as a moral compass, either.
