  • Yes I am getting a little annoyed at hearing about it constantly. It's nothing to get hysterical about. Unless you live in Mexico City and have to take the subway every day there is almost no chance it's going to affect your life.
  • You have to understand how viruses work. It could mutate into something different and more virulent as it is passed on. There is no vaccine for this and it not completely understood. So yeah....this could turn into a terrible world wide problem.
  • Yes, it annoys me with how badly people are getting obsessed about it.
  • Not as annoyed as I would be if I and/or my wife and son contracted it.
  • We have a seed stock, created from this new swine flu virus. The government hasn't ordered production on the vaccine. But if we need it, it can be ready on a mass scale within a few months. Stay out of Mexico and practice good hand washing and you will be fine. There is no need to panic or get hysterical.
  • I think that it's something "NEW" that the media has stuck their fangs in with GREAT intentions on scaring the American public!! Also a great way to keep us glued to CNN, MSNBC, and FOX!! Just another blown out of proportion media scare like "The Bird Flu"..
  • It has the POTENTIAL to wreak havoc on the population of the Earth, so it should be taken seriously. Hopefully the measures that have been taken will prevent this. (But those who have died probably wouldn't think so.)
  • Being it could potentially kill off millions of people i don't put it in the same classification as "what is Madonna wearing to the Crammy Awards this week?" Or who do you think will win the next fake "reality" show? This is real news. If you don't like listening to news or watching it then don't pay attention to the news. That's pretty cut and dry. Personally I would like to know if half the city I live in is dying off from some dreaded disease. That way I have at least a fighting chance of protecting myself. Go ahead and plunk your head in the sand..You won't bother me in the least bit. ;)
