Help answer this question below.

I have a volkswagon golf tdi 1999, when car is locked and left, some times i come back all the windows are open, not good on a rainy day! i am at my wits end, help!

    you have a prob with one of your locks. micro switch inside the lock thninks you are holding the key in the total closure / opening position , hence the windows open.
