When I go to the New Arrivals page I can get the numerical address of the latest answer and the latest question.

The numerical address of the last answer there when I looked is 6351889 which means that it's the 6,351,889th answer.

The NA of the last question was 1,432,377.
.
6,351,889/1,432,377=4.43 so your guess is a good one. :)
