he had a jeep and the bar is what hit my car that's why he had no damage
Most likely your insurance will pay to fix your vehicle and then sue his or him for the costs and that will be it. happens all the time. Just let the insurance company handle it.

You're reading I was in a car accident my car was totaled & i reported it 2 my insurance the whole thing.The person who hit me never reported to his insurance & it mayb because his car had no damage. There is a police report. Im wondering what will happen?
