dont run away from your house..and yes they can
call the police in your area and ask them...here in MO, they would not come and get you. the parents should report you as a runaway in case you body turns up unidentified somewhere but the police will not go out and look for you or pick you up...now, if you get caught breaking the law, you can be forced to go back home by the juvenile court OR if the crime is serious enough you can be certified to stand trial as an adult.

Oh, and hope they find you while you're still in West Virginia -- if you cross state lines you'll be dealing with the FBI.
