Yes, but not without first consulting with my wife on this.
Generally, we won't have it done unless our daughters WANT to have their ears pierced AND they consistently show us the habits required to properly care for the piercings BEFOREHAND.
We do not want their ears to get infected, nor do we wish to be the stewards who must continually remind and prod our daughters every waking moment about cleaning, twisting, and so forth during the time it takes for the ears to properly heal.

Well unless she is 18 she needs mom and dads permission anyways, so as long as you and the other parent are ok, i dont see what is wrong with it. And as long as the little girl is wanting her ears pierced and you think she is old enough to take care of them. i was 10 when I got mine done and 11 when i got the 2nd hole. 19 when i got my cartaledge pierced and 29 when i got my nose pierced. and 27 when i got my tattoo

i would allow her to get her ear lobes(single hole only) peirced. if she wants anything more then that she can wait until she is 18 and pay for it herself like i did

If she was a good kid, and could give me a sensible reason for wanting to get them pierced, and was responsible enough to keep a hamster alive, then probably. I'm against piercing anyone too young to ask for it, but 10 to me is old enough to realize it will hurt, it will need to be taken care of, and you can't wear those tacky hoops you want for several months.
Of course, I'd make her earn the cash for the professional piercing. I'm not taking my kid to the mall.

Yes - There are lovely pierced earrings for young girls. Single pierce in each ear - No tongue or others though.

Yes. I have 3 daughters and when they asked if they could have it done, I took them. They were between 7 and 9 years old and they only wore studs until they were teenagers. I would not pierce a child's ears unless they were old enough to want it for themselves. My son pierced his own (one lobe) when he was 12....I would have taken him if he had asked.
