Heres what I would do (though I can be a bitch sometimes...)
I would call her and say, "come get your stuff." Have her tell you a date and time. And at that time, put all her stuff out on the front lawn.
And if she doesn't come get it - leave it there. Shes the one that broke the meeting, and if her stuff gets stolen when she is supposed to be there, its her own fault.
this is easy,be tough and firm, move all the stuff that is hers in your room out of the room, bag or box it up. and put it in the hall way, let her know what has been done, tell her she is no longer living there and therefore not paying rent, and that your room is not a storage space.and that if her things are not removed from there by weekend that they will be outside the front door or taken to a charity shop as you assume she no longer wants them.after all, it is your living space now, not hers, and you are not paying rent to be tripping over ex tennants belongings. if this is too harsh for you, why not ask the landlord or person in charge of the house to sort it, and tell them you wont pay rent until the things are removed from your space...:)
This is a really easy one. Just stuff all her crud into bin-bags, dump it on the street, then call her & tell her you can see the binmen at the bottom of the road. I bet she'd come running.

I've just had anoth idea. Charge her storage for every day the stuffs laying about.
Tell her that she has until Saturday at noon to pick up her stuff - that's when the Goodwill/Salvation Army truck arrives to cart it all away.
Just find some boxes at a liquor store and put everything in boxes, and then ask if there is storage anywhere...like in an attic or in the basement and stick the boxes there...put her name on them. you have to do the work for the lazy bitch who wont do it herself.
Yep i agree with the above posters. Dont be so nice. Tell her she has 3 days to get her stuff or else its going outside to await the trash man
Put up it up under 'free stuff' on craigslist if she does not come and pick it up in one week.

You're reading I moved in with roommates 11 days ago, and the person I replaced hasn't moved her stuff out yet! She's given us a time to say she'd come and get it, but fails to show up. What can I do to get rid of her stuff, she is being EXTREMELY difficult!

I was going to say something similar. You tell her when she has to collect it by, give her a couple more days, and tell her if she doesn't do it then it will be out front. You could write it down in a letter for her, if you have an address for her, and keep a copy of it yourself to prove you gave her adequate warning.
