All of the Judy Blume books. I especially like the Fudge books. I read all of them as children and shared them with my own children- who loved them just as much as I did. Thats standing the true test of time!

Dr Seuee. all of them (I love his books) when I was a teen I fell into "the Hobbit" and then " the lord of the rings" trillogy I read those 4 books over three times.(gusee I really needed to get lost in something !

I loved Nancy Drew. I read every single one of them when I was a kid. I also liked all the Beverly Cleary books. (Ramona and Beezus, Ramona the Pest, Henry Huggins, etc.) For my son, who was a child in the late 80s-early 90s, I liked the Goosebumps books. I read several of them to him, and he read the rest once he was able to read himself.

Superfudge by Judy Blume, R.L. Stine novels, Zork novels. My favorite was the Three Investigators series since I am a big fan of mystery and crime solving novels.
