Depending on how much money you have either a novice that has never tried a case, a big name law firm, or someone in between. You will also need years of your life.

Best thing to do is go to your State Bar and explain your case and then they will give you a list of attorneys that would handle that kind of case.

You need to call around to various law offices and see if you can actually find one. Look at their ads for the ones that specialize in Civil Rights cases. It will take a lot of money and will stretch out for years and years, so be prepared for a very frustrating, expensive fight.
