Shouldn't be that much of a problem. The reason that they are scrapping it is that it is just a brand. So it comes off a production line shared with other brands, is based on a platform shred with other brands, and all the important bits are shared with other brands. It just means they can cut the marketing budget, distributorships etc. for it. Because people are not falling for the different brand images anymore. And, unlike when they hd bout 50% of the market, they no longer need to camoflage their dominance.

I haven't owned a domestic vehicle in over 8 years nor will I for the next 10 at least but it's a piece of American history going with the Pontiac brand, sad :(

I still love my Grand-Am, and will until the wheels fall off. But, I won't be buying any more new Pontiac cars.
